Anger is a secondary emotion. It's like a warning light on the dashboard
of your car. The light isn't the problem, it's a symptom of a problem.
In effectively dealing with anger you must determine what is the real
issue. Generally the top three sources of anger are hurt, frustration,
or fear. So when you feel anger rising to the surface ask yourself: "Why
am I angry? What's the cause?"
When you get to the root cause you'll be better prepared to deal with the anger.
